You will compare yesterday’s lifestyle to today’s. You will also try your hands at various daily chores carried out in the settlement. DESCRIPTION:In Anishinaabe history\, many of our stories are passed down and reflected in our daily lives\, and from this this perspective\, we know that our stories\, our Aadsookaanan\, come from the beginning of creation.  In a time of great hardship for Anishinaabe people\, Migizi\, the Eagle\, who showed compassion and kindness when he stood up and spoke for the people to the Creator before a destruction was about to occur on the Earth.  Anishinaabe people have always carried this kindness and shared with all the creatures of the Earth. \nIn this workshop\, we will honour Migizi\, the Eagle\, and create 8 feathers of kindness and share with participants.  A variety of materials will be available to help embellish the feathers. \nThis is by RSVP\, please go to the following website to sign up: simpletix.com/e/migizi-aadsookaan-the-eagles-story-with-li-tickets-138967
