DESCRIPTION:(message en français suit) \nLocated on the ancestral lands of the Red River Métis and near First Nations communities\, the Musée de Saint-Boniface Museum is undergoing accessibility and structural improvements to its building and has expanded the scope of this work to include improvements to their outdoor grounds. These efforts aim to honour the historic building while improving the experience for all who visit\, including members of Indigenous communities with ancestral ties to this place. \nOur team at Scatliff + Miller + Murray has developed a conceptual design for the grounds that we are looking to share with stakeholders and gather feedback. We warmly invite you – or one or two members from your community or organization – to join us at a design review meeting on Wednesday\, June 18\, 2025. \nMeeting Details \nDate: Wednesday June 18th\, 2025 \nTime: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm\, come-and-go \nLocation: St. Boniface Cathedral\, multi-media room \nThis meeting will present the design concept\, developed to enhance the experience of community members and museum visitors in the landscape surrounding this historic building. As you hold a meaningful connection to this place\, we would like to hear your reflections and feedback to help determine whether the proposed design meets the needs of the site. Les billets en vente à la boutique du musée! \n-- \nOn August 31\, we will have games for the whole family\, with some good BBQ. It's $5 per person (includes hot dog\, soft drink and chips).
